In Singapore, a hotel has emerged that pays its guests if it rains during their vacation, according to CNN Travel.

In Singapore, rains occur for most of the time, specifically 371 days a year. And so, InterContinental Singapore decided to “take a risk” and announced that it will reimburse its guests the cost of one night’s stay if it rains during their vacation.

Everything looks great, but, as always, there is a catch, and not just one.

The corresponding package of services is called “Rain Resist Bliss” and applies to those staying in “luxury” category rooms. The cost of a luxury room in this hotel starts from 850 Singapore dollars ($633) per night.

To receive the payout, rain must fall continuously for 120 minutes during any 4-hour period during the day.

Money is issued in the form of a voucher that can be used within 6 months in the same hotel. The compensation amount corresponds to the cost of your room.

All of this resembles another way to draw attention to the hotel.
