Pakistan has changed its visa policy, specifically waiving the visa fee for citizens of 126 countries, including Ukraine.

Now, a tourist or business visa to Pakistan can be obtained online for free within 24 hours from the time of application.

You can apply for an electronic visa on the official website of Pakistan.

On the same website (visa.nadra.gov.pk), you can check whether you are eligible for a free visa based on your citizenship.

The validity period of the electronic visa (e-visa) is 90 days from the date of entry into the country.

With this electronic visa, you can enter the country through the so-called electronic gates at the country’s airports. Initially, electronic gates will be installed at the airports of Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.

Address of the Embassy of Ukraine in Pakistan: House 4, Street 5, sector F – 7/3, Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Phone (hotline): +9251 260 89 66
E-mail: emb_pk@mfa.gov.ua

Insurance upon entry to Pakistan is not mandatory, but it is recommended. You can buy a policy online on Hotline Finance.

The currency of Pakistan is the Pakistani rupee, with the exchange rate of 1 rupee equaling 0.15 Ukrainian hryvnias.

In Pakistan, there is left-hand driving, similar to that in India, Thailand, or Cyprus.
